Bid safely

An agent can prepare a bid, but it cannot buy silently.

The endpoint does not accept administrative keys, expose other users’ data, or confirm ownership when checkout is merely opened.

1Call prepare_map_purchase and show Region, sponsor, price, and expiry.
2Ask for explicit confirmation in a new message and use the returned code.
3Only then call start_map_purchase_checkout. Payment happens in Stripe Checkout.
