Privacy Policy

YourMapSeat is a public marketplace for geographic attention. The map helps people discover Countries and Regions, and only a Region can be occupied.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you visit the service, explore the map, submit a reservation, make a payment, or contact support.

We apply the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other data protection rules that apply to the processing.

We handle only the data needed for each use:

• Account and profile. Email, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide.
• Reservation and Sponsor. Display name, canonical website, optional tagline and logo, selected Region, quote, and market revision.
• Payment. Stripe processes complete card details. We receive transaction confirmations and identifiers needed to reconcile a reservation.
• Technical use. Pages, browser, referrer, IP address, and technical identifiers used for security, rate limits, and aggregated metrics.
• Communications. Messages and requests you send to support.
• AI chat. Messages and files sent to the assistant when you choose to use that feature.

We use this data to:

• deliver the map, public pages, reservations, and support;
• show public listings with the information you choose to submit;
• generate quotes, open checkout, and confirm payment outcomes;
• prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized automation, and unauthorized access;
• understand service usage and fix problems, using aggregated metrics where possible;
• meet legal, tax, and rights-protection obligations.

We may share data with:

• Infrastructure. Supabase and database or hosting services needed to operate the product.
• Payments. Stripe for checkout, confirmation, capture, cancellation, and refunds where applicable.
• Email and support. Resend or another configured provider for requested messages.
• Analytics and observability. Configured tools such as Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
• AI. Selected providers for chat responses and file processing when used.
• Authorities and advisers. When needed to comply with law, investigate abuse, protect rights, or transfer operations.

We do not sell personal data.

We use technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk, including HTTPS/TLS, access control, database policies, abuse limits, URL validation, signed webhooks, and operational logs. No internet-connected service is completely risk-free.

Where applicable law grants these rights, you may request confirmation and access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, objection, or review of automated decisions. You may also withdraw consent and complain to a data protection authority.

The service may use an essential session cookie to keep authenticated access active. Theme preference is stored locally in your browser. Analytics loads only when configured and may follow the provider's rules. You can delete or block cookies in browser settings, but this may prevent login.

We may update this Policy when the service, providers, or law changes. The date at the top identifies the published version. Material changes may be announced in the service or by email when appropriate.
