Terms of Service

By accessing YourMapSeat, creating an account, submitting reservation data, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service or complete a reservation.

YourMapSeat is a public marketplace for geographic attention. The map organizes discovery by Country and Region. A Region is the unit that may be occupied by a Sponsor listing.

Occupancy is a digital placement in the service. It does not transfer territory, grant geographic exclusivity, or represent certification, endorsement, or editorial analysis.

You must be at least 18 or the applicable age of majority, provide accurate information, and protect your credentials. If acting for a company, you confirm authority to represent it.

You are responsible for activity on your account and must report unauthorized use immediately.

YourMapSeat software, design, text, graphics, brand, and other product elements belong to the service operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You may not copy, sell, distribute, exploit, or create a competing service from the product without authorization, except as allowed by law.

You retain rights to data you submit. To operate a reservation and display a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license limited to the time needed to host, format, moderate, maintain, and publish that listing.

You confirm that you may use the submitted name, website, text, and logo and are responsible for their accuracy and legality.

You may not:

• submit illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, violent, adult, or child-exploitative content;
• submit malware, phishing, scams, invite links, shortened links, or destinations you cannot represent;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights;
• manipulate clicks, automate reservations without authorization, bypass limits, or overload the service;
• access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• reverse engineer or resell access except where law permits.

We may refuse, pause, edit, recategorize, hide, or remove a listing, occupied Region, or account when it violates these Terms, the Rules, law, or creates security or reputation risk.

Listing removal does not automatically grant a refund. If a reservation cannot be completed because of a stale quote, expiry, or processing failure, payment may be cancelled or refunded based on transaction state and applicable law.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, complete map accuracy, or permanent placement.

Listing performance, clicks, and commercial outcomes depend on factors outside our control. The map, AI chat, and metrics do not replace legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data, reputation, opportunity, clicks, traffic, expected results, third-party acts, or provider outages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may change, pause, or discontinue features, moderation criteria, prices, and marketplace Rules. The version published on this page applies from its stated date. Material changes may be announced in the service or through another suitable channel.

These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the YourMapSeat operator, without removing mandatory consumer rights or data protection rules that apply to you.

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
